JP Morgan and UBS were the top mergers and acquisitions (M&A) financial advisers in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region in the first three quarters of 2024, according to GlobalData’s Financial Advisers League Table.

The table ranks legal advisers by the value and volume of the M&A deals that they advised.

JP Morgan leads in terms of value, advising on $17b worth of deals, and occupied the 10th position in terms of volume numbers.

UBS leads in terms of volume, having advised 30 deals during the three quarters. UBS ranked second in terms of value, snagging $14.43b for the 30 deals it advised on.

Moelis & Company ranked third overall, earning $8.34b across the 14 deals it advised in Q1-Q3 2024.

TD Securities and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial rounded up the top five.
