Personal unsecured loans and loans to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will also impact its problem loans ratio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Profitability will decrease from a high level because of easing monetary policies in DBS&#8217;s key markets in 2025-2026, Moody\u2019s said. This will be offset by diversified income streams and its highly profitable wealth management business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio is expected to moderately decrease to the 14% range over the next two years, which Moody\u2019s described as \u201cstill strong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Capital will moderately decrease due to its higher capital distributions in the form of dividends and share buybacks.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>However, problem loans are likely to increase, and profitability will decrease.
